One of the biggest challenges in getting help is admitting to ourselves that we do have a problem and that we can't do it all on our own. Many people vacillate between realising they have a problem and thinking that they 'should' be able to do this on their own and continue to struggle or even find that their problem gets worse. So well done for getting this's a very brave and courageous step.
